I am an independent consultant and writer working with product leadership on the organisational design work required to get real value from AI.
I spent 20 years in digital product work, 13 of them at LEGO. For the last 4 I led the Agile Coach Competency inside Consumer & Creator Technology — a practice of coaches embedded across product teams, responsible for how those teams actually worked: their operating cadence, their decision flow, their team structure, and the conditions that shape behaviour on a Tuesday morning.
The recurring lesson across all of it was the same: tools are never the bottleneck. The bottleneck is always in the organisation — in the KPIs that reward the old, in the meeting that nobody cancels, in the decision rights that nobody maps. AI makes that bottleneck more visible, faster. Which is either a crisis or an opportunity, depending on whether leadership is willing to do the structural work.
I now work independently, collaborating with the Syndicate consultant community on writing and on selected engagements. I write the essay series AI er en ledelsesopgave. I speak at leadership forums and offsites. And I take on a small number of advisory and embedded engagements each year — enough to stay close to the work, few enough to do it well.
Based in Copenhagen.
